We require additional Funds:

The Fremantle Heart Patients Support Group receives no Federal or State Government funding.. All funds are generated by the volunteer Management Committee utilising their own resources together with a considerable amount of their time.  We look to the corporate and business sectors of the community and also the community at large to assist with donations or sponsorship to provide special nominated items.   These items, often of high cost which are not included in the department's budget are donated by the Frmantle Heart Patients Support Group to assist in maintaining a high standard of patient care and to enhance the well being of heart patients within the Fremantle Hospital Region.  

We need more members !  Why?

Because any registered charity such as the FHPSG (not eligable for Federal or State funding ) is totally dependant upon it's own resources and needs considerable membership to stay afloat.  To join us as a member you do not need to be a heart patient, but you do need to have genuine concern for the well being of heart patients and a desire to help.

The membership fee is $10.00 (Aust) per annum (July 1st - June 30th) which includes singles, married couples or partners.  Newsletters are mailed to members and donors twice yearly and we anticipate increasing the frequency in the future.
